Brussels Tripadvisor - Potholing in the Peak District

And so adequate caves for potholing are absent from its structure, the gritstone of the Dark Peak area does not erode nearly as easily. This is because the area predominantly consists of limestone that has had an extensive system of caves formed through it due to how easily water erodes the rock. The area of the Peak District where most potholing takes place is the White District.

The existing holes it has bored through the rock drain out and become perfect for people to explore, when this water finds a new way to flow through the ground. The spring water from Buxton is well known around the UK as it is bottled and sold as Mineral water by a local company. Both famous for the rivers and streams that flow through the rock all around them, most potholing on the Peak District takes place around the villages of Castleton and Buxton.

And it's only recommended that those with a high level of experience and ability attempt to get through these caves, but these are very difficult to navigate, there are even caves that are left over from the lead mining that used to take place in the area. Allowing for anybody from a first timer to an experienced potholer to enjoy a trip to the region, there's also a huge amount of variation in the caves. Means that there are numerous opportunities for visitors to test their potholing skills, all contained in a fairly small area, the amount of available caves. The actual potholing itself is excellent.

The Derbyshire Caving Association, and the easiest way to contact them is through the local potholing organisation, there are people and groups who can point newcomers to the area in the right direction.

Enjoying some of the local food and drink and reminiscing about the events of the day, evenings can be spent in a pub or restaurant. As it means that there's never a lack of accommodation or facilities for those who are there to go potholing, the fact that the Peak District is a popular destination for holiday makers who are just interested in relaxation and walking helps too.

Unless you're generous enough to do so, there's no need to give them any tip. The meter also starts to run not on the moment of picking up but after you both placed down the receiver. For they're the official ones, that you should only pick white and yellow taxis, though, take note. So he's an expert in going around traffic jams, the driver knows the city too well. Cheap Hawaii Airfares - Canary Islands Flights

There is only one way to reach the islands and that is by flying. 900km, this is comparatively close compared to their distance from the UK (where most visitors will originate from) at a distance of around 2. 150km off the African coast, they are actually closest in distance to African continent at a distance of around 1, although the Canary Islands are a part of Spain.

This being the case it is important to know some details about the airport at which you wish to arrive and the the corresponding airport code for the airport. Not all airlines fly to every island and not all of the airports have frequent services, however, there are many airports located within the islands.

Here is a list of some of the more common arriving airports:

Reina Sofia norte Los Rodeos
TFS - Tenerife, norte Los Rodeos
TFN - Tenerife, aCE - Lanzarote
FUE - Fuerteventura / Puerto Del Rosario
LPA - Gran Canaria
SPC - Santa Cruz La Palma
TCI - Tenerife,

Air Berlin and Fly Niki, tUIFly, ryanair, jet2, monarch, thomsonfly, some of the budget airlines that offer flights to the Canary Islands include Flyglobespan. A number of budget airlines also offer flights to the Canary Islands, that is to say that in addition to the 'normal' airlines. Airline ticket prices for flights to the Canary Islands vary to suit all budgets.

Thus it is also important to consider how you will reach your final destination point with popular options being either by booking an airport transfer service or by hiring a car for the duration of your stay. Another important consideration when booking flights to the Canary Islands is that not all airports are located near the islands major resort areas.

Trip To Philippines - How to Fly For Free - Getting the Cheapest Possible Airline Flights

. . Let's take a closer look. Can the air travel consumer really get "free" airline flights?

Low-cost Airlines

Fees and charges - and these could vary quite significantly from airline to airline, this has been a controversial issue in the past as the "free" base fares would include a hidden array of taxes. The "free flights" mantra has been aggressively advertised by the low-cost budget airlines who are springing up all over the world and are well established in Europe.

You will now see they advertise one-way fares (rather than return) to make prices appear as low as possible. However recent changes brought in by an EU directive has forced airlines to be more transparent with their all-in pricing.

The flights are available during special offer promotions and cover a wide variety of routes all over Europe. If you don't check-in any luggage you will only pay a small credit card processing charge. And these flights are actually now free with no extra taxes. Probably the only airline to regularly offer free flights is Ryanair.

These fees are correct as of summer 2008. 24 or almost $50 per return flight for 1 checked-in bag; beware - if you do want to check-in at the airport - Ryanair will add charges equivalent to £.

Get on their mailing list and they will keep you updated on their special offers. So it is now really possible to fly for free with Ryanair.

Airmiles

Goods and services and using affiliated credit cards, the first consideration is that you have to actually 'buy' the miles - this is achieved by purchasing flights. Can you get 'free' flights using frequent flyer air miles?

And also finding exceptionally generous mileage deals which do come up on occasion. The best way to accumulate mileage is if you can earn miles on expenses you would have incurred anyway.

Many air travellers don't even redeem their miles or do so in very inefficient ways. You would have to redeem your miles in the most efficient way possible, secondly.

But merely a discount for loyalty, so it seems that these flights are not 'free'. You will still be hit by the ubiquitous taxes and charges when you do use them - these can be significantly high, another point to consider again is even if you have a significant collection of miles.

Companion flights

These can be reasonable value for money but remember you always have to buy the first ticket at full fare. There are certain schemes usually associated with credit cards which will get you 'free' companion flights.

They are useful if you are travelling for work and are able to bring a partner or colleague along for free.

Courier Flights

And free courier flights are very rare indeed - these would only occur if the courier firm was stuck at very short notice. Courier flights are becoming less common these days with only a few companies offering them. You usually have to pay for your ticket and you get up to 30-70% off the regular fare. These are flights where you act as a courier by carrying time sensitive documents or parcels which can clear customs quickly at the destination.

Any free flights you might get would just be another form of compensation, even if you work for an airline. Apart from the 'no checked baggage' Ryanair flights you cannot really find free flights, in summary.

These savings can help subsidize your future travel costs. You will save more and more money over time, by applying sound airfare strategies over the long run. However there are some exceptional deals and techniques out there which can keep down the cost of flying.

Iran Flight Tickets - At Your Own Risk - 10 Countries Where Travel Insurance Won't Be Able To Help You

We look at the government travel advice and decide from that whether or not we can provide insurance to travellers. Underwriters decide which countries travel insurance should be provided for, and other global travel insurance providers', the foreign and commonwealth office draws up an extensive list of countries that should not be travelled to quite regularly and it is from that our.

The most likely group to have their travel plans altered by the foreign office's travel advice are business travellers. And you're unlikely to have your big holiday plans affected, the list is clear of the majority of popular holiday destinations, thankfully. The current climate ensures that there are some places where the likelihood of incident means that UK travel insurance providers are unable to offer protection, cover the majority of the world, by its nature, although global travel insurance does.

Even if it means losing business - the risk from the warzones listed below is just too great to make the reward worth the danger: the foreign office's travel advice is not to travel to the following countries,

These are the ones that all travellers should avoid like the plague: but to me, the risk is far from conclusive (the foreign office's travel advice lists many more countries), And the reasons for the high risk factor, here's our top 10 countries to avoid travelling to!

10) Liberia

This extra likelihood of incident ensures that no UK travel insurance provider would risk offering you cover if you choose to visit Liberia And foreigners (especially westerners) are at risk targets due to their affluence, economic hardship in Liberia is currently making outbreaks of violence common.

9) Nepal

Killing 3 and injuring many innocent bystanders, three nearly simultaneous bombs went off in the capital of Kathmandu, in September this year. Occasional acts of terrorism and political violence in urban areas make Nepal off-limits for those who want to get travel insurance.

8)Haiti

It's no surprise that the government's travel advice is not to travel here! Day or night, the potential for spontaneous protests and demonstrations has also been known to result in unexpected violence. These kidnappings have ended in physical and sexual assaults and shootings, in the past. There have been 12 kidnappings of American travellers in 2007 - mostly criminal in nature, at the time of writing. Haiti is considered off limits to many travellers on account of the high risk of kidnappings and civil unrest that is prominent.

7)Yemen

Restaurants and shopping areas, the situation is so grave that the US Embassy often restricts American citizens from certain hotels. Then all travellers are encouraged to stay vigilant and to keep a low profile to avoid attacks or kidnapping, if this is not possible. Westerners are advised to steer clear of Yemen, due to the high levels of terrorist activity in Yemen.

6)Israel

The region's continued instability makes travel to Israel widely recommended against - the risk of abduction or worse makes travel insurance impossible to obtain. Kidnappings and violence demonstrations have occurred in each, and shootings, the Gaza Strip and West Bank has seen immense violence in recent months between Israeli and Palestinian factions.

5)Democratic Republic of Congo

Avoid crowds and keep a close eye on local media, avoid the North Kivu district which is the backdrop to armed conflict between government troops and army rebels, any traveller brave enough to travel to the Congo should be extremely cautious. Being unstable, especially in the north and easy, travel outside of Kinshasa is difficult and dangerous with security. And the situation remains volatile despite the immediate threat of violence calming down, fighting erupted in the streets of Kinshasa in March this year. Neglect and corruption has left the country distinctly damaged, where violence, the democratic republic of Congo remains one of the most dangerous places to travel in Africa.

4)Burma (Myanmar)

It still remains an uncertain time to visit the country and you're unlikely to find any global travel insurance company who will insure you, although the dusk-til-dawn curfew imposed in some of the towns has been lifted. The anti-government protests sparked a violent crackdown from the authorities and made international headlines, throughout September. Currently there is a lot of personal risk involved as well, while the human rights situation makes Myanmar an ethically uneasy place to visit.

3)Colombia

Naturally UK travel insurance companies are loathe to insure travellers who choose to ignore these warning and travel to Colombia anyway. While the more rural areas expose visitors to the country at risk from narcoterrorist groups who will often kidnap civilians to use for ransom or to gain media attention, the illicit drug trade in urban areas such as Cali and Buenaventura means that there is often a high risk of violence. Colombia remains one of the most dangerous places to travel in the world thanks to the crime the country suffers from.

2)Afghanistan

The government's travel advice is to avoid travelling here at all costs, unsurprisingly! Military operations and acts of terrorism, landmines, explosive devices, the country remains unsafe due to tribal groups, additionally. As many of the disbanded Taliban and Al-Qa'ida forces remain at large and hostile to the new regieme, western tourists are obvious kidnap and assassination targets. It's no surprise that the country remains a big no-go area, with the war on terror in Afghanistan still fresh in the mind.

1)Iraq

Checkpoints and police stations, restaurants, hotels, transnational terrorists and criminal elements have been known to attack convoys en-route to venues, the instability is caused by various groups - Ba'ath regime remnants. It is no surprise that no travel insurance companies will insure travellers to the troubled country, and the regular acts of terrorism and hostility to Western troops, given the high profile nature of western kidnappings by various insurgent groups.

Their riskiness means that business travellers will have to forgo their travel insurance if they are unable to cancel their trips, while holidaymakers are unlikely to be affected by these less touristy locations.

There have been several name changes between then and today but in 1986 they once again returned to British Airways. In 1936 another three companies formed British Airways and a total merger of these companies in 1939 saw the formation of BOAC.

Wick and Sumburgh, tiree, stornoway, newcastle, manchester, gatwick and Heathrow, london City, lerwick, leeds Bradford, kirkwall, jersey, islay, inverness, glasgow, edinburgh, cambeltown, bristol, benbecula, belfast International, barra, here in the UK they fly from Aberdeen. They have an extensive global network that operates to and from some of the most important airports. Today British Airways offers low fares all the year round.

Cities not covered in this list may operate BMI. Warsaw and Zurich, nice, madrid, lyon, glasgow, geneva, frankfurt, edinburgh, dublin, barcelona, aer Lingus from Heathrow to Belfast International and BA City Flyer operating out of London City to Amsterdam, flybe operating from Manchester to Aberdeen, glasgow and Edinburgh, you will find partners such as Loganair operating on short flights out of Aberdeen, although the main hub for British Airways is Heathrow and Gatwick. Seats can be booked on BA flights up to a year in advance. Sometimes a car hire company or hotel chain sponsors these. British Airways offer regular seat sales and special offers on many of their routes.

You can save money on long haul British Airway routes by including a Saturday night and the best way to get the lowest price is to book and buy your tickets online.

Las Vegas Airfares - Police Chases - The Road Has Risks For Modesto Residents hit-and-Run, drunk-Driving,

Any Modesto car accident lawyer will tell you that these are all elements of the road drivers must be aware of in order to stay safe. And the cause of police chases, dUI, particularly issues of hit-and-run, it seems plausible that the ubiquity of auto theft may be affecting other car accident disasters. Second only to Las Vegas as of 2007, california of Stanislaus County has an extremely high rate of vehicle theft, modesto.

The driver had abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot, in the meantime. Another police officer from a different nearby cop car came over to make sure the other officer was OK. Spinning the cop car around, the driver ran a red light and hit the front fender of a cop car. One driver was arrested on suspicion of drinking and driving and hit-and-run. Strangely enough, have both involved Modesto police officers, only about a week apart, two recent accidents. Reckless behavior and car accidents have already taken their toll, since the beginning of the new year.

The officer from the initial impact suffered minor injuries. He was found to be under the influence and charged with hit-and-run. The driver who caused the accident was arrested after a short pursuit.

This accident took place on Scenic Drive. And slid sideways into the SUV's lane, lost control, a witness said the officer was driving too fast. The other accident involved a patrol car and a sports utility vehicle.

Police Chases are a Surprising Cause of Car Accidents

A dangerous police chase took place in Modesto and has led to controversies over who was at fault, in 2007. According to a study conducted by Harborview Injury Prevention and Research Center of Seattle, per year, particularly car chases, at least 300 people die in police pursuits.

Two from the impacted vehicle where killed and the passenger in the stolen vehicle died as well. The driver reached up to 70 mph on the congested street and was trying to pass a car when he hit another head-on. The 27-year-old man fled, and as the police approached, suspicious activity was reported to the police. A 27-year-old man in a stolen vehicle was pursued by two police cars through heavy traffic.

They have filed two wrongful death lawsuits in Stanislaus County seeking damages against the county as of 2009. And that the pursuit is what caused the deaths of their loved ones, they claimed that the Sheriff's Department is at fault for "improperly chasing [the driver] through North Modesto". The police who chased him through dangerous traffic, but rather, families of the victims who died decided that the fault was not on the man whole stole the vehicle. Any good Modesto car accident lawyer could help sort out the confusion that built up around this accident.

DUI Dangers Affect All

The driver is accused of striking and killing a bicyclist while under the influence of a painkiller and marijuana. The more recent one resulting in a death, another 27-year-old Modesto man has been involved in two bicycle accidents.

As well, he was found under the influence of intoxicants during this accident. The first accident he was implicated in resulted in the the injury of a boy riding his bicycle across the street in Modesto. "among California's worst drivers", by the Department of Motor Vehicles, this fatal car accident is especially disappointing because it was this driver's second offense and he had been called.

Holidays In Hawaii - Africa Kenya Tour Lodges-5 Star Kenya Tour Vacation Camps

Kenya tour camps of Ol Donyo Laro

Kisidai Kenya tour camp

The mess tent is near a stream and a small dam has slowed the water to form a natural swimming pool among the trees. And the sounds of birds are everywhere, there are enormous tamarind trees, green and humid; it is hot. Trees and bush surround each customized tent, the jungle tour camp, at Kisidai.

The minutiae of the surrounding life with glimpses of the high Ngurumans through the trees, trees and plants, butterflies, you notice leaves, at Kisidai. The water here and in all of the adventure camps comes straight from mountain springs and is drinkable. The shower has an innovative huge showerhead-lots of hot water and pressure. Each has a well-designed bathroom with hot and cold running water and flush toilets. With screening on all sides to give a feeling of staying among trees, timber and canvas tents are spacious and sturdy.

Olduvai Kenya tour camp

Lake Natron lies silver and pink below. Its high volcanic peak and dry eroded sides clearly etched above the hazy golds of the rift valley floor, dominating the view is Shombole. You can see across to the opposite side and south into Tanzania; the vistas are vast. Right on the edge of the escarpment with views over the rift valley, this is a much higher up.

You can see across the rift, as you swim in the mountain spring water. Closer to the escarpment edge is a raised swimming pool made with rounded stones set in cement. Low key and well-made, all is natural. And sculptured stone seating comfortable with cushions, chunky pale wood furniture, there are yards of safari green canvas rising to a vaulted ceiling. The heart of Ol Duvai is an open-sided tented lounge and dining area.

A flock of flamingos might fly just overhead-floating silhouettes in the moonlight, sometimes at night. During the day dozens of dust devils whirl in tall columns on the rift floor. In early morning sunshine they sit and watch as mist forms below and slowly rises to eye level. Guests often breakfast here. A stone path winds to a thatched gazebo on a little point with the world spread below on three sides.

For cooler night play, of course, as well as tennis court-floodlit, there is an airstrip at this kenyan camp. All is spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms boast many mirrors and more big showerheads. And keep out the bugs, plenty of screens allow for views and breezes. At Ol Duvai guests stay in customized "tents" which combine canvas ceilings with stone walls.

Laro Kenya tour camp

The awesome spectacle of the rift; in front, to the side plunge forested gorges, behind rise steep hills. You stay in imaginative comfort in tropical gardens. Through a gate way of traveler's palms you enter a perfect world. It is usually saved for last, as the most luxurious. This is the highest set camp.

The roof a soft furry thatch and one entire side is completely open to the bush and the view, here is Victorian elegance touched by Africa-the walls are canvas. Bowls of flowers and old brass, through an open tent door-in front of you is the swimming pool with nothing beyond it but lounge chairs, you pass under a bougainvillea arch.

And there is even a toothbrush with Ol Donyo Laro stamped in gold, the voluminous bath sheets are deep-piled, the bathrooms are lined in African mahogany. There are bouquets of fresh flowers and oil lamps of etched glass and brass; the furniture is handmade. You climb mahogany stairs to the broad veranda of your tent raised high on sturdy poles.

Friendly and unobtrusive, always the service is smooth. Elegant tables are set for gourmet meals. At night the romantic "drawing room" is lit by an extravagance of large candles. Drinks and hot snacks, guests gather around a kenya tour campfire close to the escarpment edge for quiet talk and tall tales, before dinner.

The steep roads to reach Laro meant that all materials and furnishings had to be painstakingly carted by four wheel drive vehicles. A base has been set up where fresh fruits and vegetables are grown. Water and electrical systems were custom designed to meet the needs of each vacation camp. Cleared and contoured by hand, the many kilometers of roads were hacked through the bush. This is particularly amazing when you consider the intricate planning and engineering required in this rough and isolated terrain. Nothing was spared in creating these beautiful and high quality kenya wildlife tour camps.

This is what you came for- the unspoiled Africa. Marvel at evidence of animal passage and note the airborne color of birds and butterflies, brave "impossible" inclines, you ford fast-flowing rocky streams. Encephalitis-free tse tse-flies may invade the vehicle and lead to a frenzied bout of slapping and mashing. The going can be rough and dusty. Some of the camps are more than an hours four wheel drive apart. This wilderness sanctuary is huge.

Holiday Travel - Seniors Find Vacation Bliss in the Caribbean

Can feel at home on almost any island in the Caribbean, on the other hand, senior travelers. While those with families will want to choose islands where children can feel welcome, younger travelers may want to search out places filled with hot nightspots, for example. But some islands are better suited to certain kinds of travelers than others, all ages can enjoy travel to the Caribbean.

Still others may have a reputation for all-inclusive resorts and beautiful beaches. Though some are known for snorkeling while others are better known for their nature trails, different islands offer all of these activities. Or snorkel, sail, active travelers may wish to hike. The biggest things to consider when planning a vacation to the Caribbean are the activities you'd like to pursue during your stay.

Like seniors cruises and group trips, or explore other options, travelers searching for senior-friendly island activities can choose from the following.

Golf

Is home to famed courses like the Teeth of the Dog, too, the Dominican Republic. Will have the chance to play at courses created by world-class designers, for example, or Aruba's Tierra del Sol, travelers visiting Jamaican resorts such as the Wyndham Rose Hall and the Ritz-Carlton. And the Caribbean is home to some of the world's best courses, golf is a sport enjoyed by many people.

Spas

Though frequently spas are a part of a larger hotel, martin/Maarten to tiny Saba. From the French/Dutch St, indulgent spa opportunities can be found on just about any island. Or one can relax and be pampered while the other explores the resort's other amenities or nearby sites of interest, couples can enjoy a spa together. But relaxation is great for travelers of all ages, spas may not specifically target seniors. Another great way to relax during a vacation is by visiting a spa.

Beaches

Known as one of the best spots for senior travelers and home to a number of beautiful beaches, another island to consider might be Tobago. As well as for a somewhat more upscale atmosphere resulting from its British heritage, anguilla is also known for its gorgeous views and quiet shores. But many seniors may not find The Bahamas' famous Cable Beach as appealing as the tranquil shores of Aruba, of course, the Caribbean is known for its stunning beaches.

Casinos

Laws - most notably gamblers are restricted from drinking while playing games. Though these do have to follow some U.S, puerto Rico is home to a few casinos as well, for those looking for a bit of Latin flare. Though they don't close until dawn, the Dutch desert of Aruba has more than 10 casinos - many of which open in the early afternoon, similarly. While at the same time providing a bit of nightlife, the sister islands of Antigua and Barbuda offer a relaxing vacation to travelers by day. Gambling can be a fun way to spend an evening after an active day.

As most places do not offer it to customers first, just remember to ask for a discount. As well, the AARP can help seniors to get discounts on travel. And seniors are often given the tools to do just that, there are also plenty of ways to customize a vacation.

But it's easy to find a bit of peace and quiet during your stay, travel to the Caribbean can be full of active adventures.

Hotel Furniture - Ice Skating Terms

Read more on history of ice skating. How they are performed, besides learning a few things on ice skating moves; go through the following paragraphs to learn more on the ice skating terms. You first need to learn the ice skating words or terms and moves, if you are new to the field of ice skating and are looking to learn the sport. Several nations from all over the world field ice skating teams during world sporting events like the Winter Olympics. Ice skating is mostly played in the cold northern regions of the world, a popular winter sport.

Ice Skating Moves

But before that let me explain to you a few points which will help you understand the following paragraphs better: Which are mentioned below, you need to know, which, there are a few ice skating moves - jumps and spins; as a novice to ice skating or in figure skating.

Then the inside edge would be on the left side and the outer edge would be on the right side, if you are wearing a skating boot on your right foot, for example. Each skate blade has 2 edges - the 'inside edge' and the 'outside edge'. Is called 'edge', the points of the wheel or skate which touches the surface of the ice. It's the blades or wheels that propel a player to move around the ice surface. The skater performs a variety of jumps and spins wearing ice skating boots which come attached with blades or wheels at the bottom, in ice skating.

Ice Skating Jumps

Lutz Jump

The variations of this jump include triple lutz and double lutz. Lands on the heel of the left foot, he or she makes a rotation in the air and while landing. This is a kind of toe jump wherein the skater starts from the outer edge of the right skating foot and leaps in the air with the help of the toe of the left foot.

Flip Jump

Some of the variations of this jump include triple flip and double flip. Hotels For Cheap Prices - Golden Princess Southern Caribbean Cruise Review - Overview

Let me start by explaining why we chose this particular cruise, first. This overview is one article in a series of our Golden Princess Southern Caribbean cruise review. Our itinerary included the tropical Southern Caribbean. Our most recent cruise was aboard the Princess Cruise Lines' ship the Golden.

We wanted a cruise line that would cater to the activity needs of our kids and still be elegant enough to be enjoyable to our parents. This celebration was to include our children (in their mid to late 20's) as well as our parents (up to 85 years old). We had a very special birthday to celebrate.

It just so happened that the magnificent Golden Princess was sailing that itinerary on the required dates. Kitts. Thomas and St. St, our preference was to take a Southern Caribbean Cruise which included Aruba. The date for our cruise was somewhat fixed in that the birth date had to be among the cruise dates. Princess Cruise Lines seemed to be a natural fit.

We had a short bus ride to the cruise terminal, from the airport. The flight segments however were very smooth and uneventful. It meant a rather lengthy flight with one stop-over to reach San Juan. Puerto Rico, our cruise started from the port of San Juan.

This seemed to pass quickly enough considering some of the other cruises we have enjoyed. There were the usual line-ups to clear customs and check-in with Princess in the terminal.

Her age was somewhat evident to us but her majesty overshadowed her age, having been on a newer cruise ship. That meant that she was 5 years old at the time of our cruise. The Golden Princess had its inaugural cruise in May of 2001.

The distances between ports made for a mostly leisurely run, with so many stops on a one week cruise. The cruise was a very smooth sail when compared to other Caribbean cruises we have been on.

And Aruba, isla Margarita, grenada, kitts. St, thomas. St, our ports of call included San Juan. But on this cruise we went to a beach only twice and one of those times was right at the cruise port, we are normally 'beach babies' wanting to enjoy the sun and surf as often as possible. Some were still rebuilding after hurricane damage. The ports of call were all interesting.

Of course we mad a point to try to see all of the common areas but obviously missed a few. We found this cruise to be rather 'aggressive' in that we were in port so quickly and so often that we never really saw the entire ship.

Mid to high 80's every day is what we went on a sunny vacation for. Was great, although overcast with light rain a couple of days, the weather.

We could congregate as we would at a cottage or resort, with the doors between balconies open. This was great. All were on the same side of the ship with two groups of three attached balconies. The staterooms we chose were balcony rooms.

There was ample room on our balcony for the eleven of us to sit and enjoy all of this food. Cheese trays nachos and dip and beverages to our stateroom, fruit trays, room service delivered veggies and dip. The birthday celebration was wonderful as well.

It certainly sold the kids on cruising vacations. But it did have all of the amenities and activities required to suit our broad age range, this cruise ship was not the most elegant that we have been on, in all.
